Mortgage Information & Application

At The Union Bank Company, we want to do everything we can to quickly process your mortgage loan application.

When you apply for a home mortgage loan online, you will be asked to provide some preliminary information.  Once your application is submitted, an email will be sent to a loan officer immediately.  You will also receive a confirmation to the email address you provide.  One of our qualified loan officers will contact you within one business day to set up an appointment to discuss your loan application and collect some documentation.

 

To help expedite the loan process, please have the following documents with you when we meet:
  • Two consecutive, most current pay stubs
  • W-2 forms (last two years)
  • Checking and savings account statements (last two months)
  • Recent statement of investment or retirement accounts
  • If self-employed, tax returns (last two years), current Profit and Loss Statement and Balance sheet


There is no obligation to accept a loan by bringing these items, but it will give the loan officer an idea of your current financial position.  This will ensure that we are helping you find the loan terms that fit you best.
